Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders within India.

Delivery Time:

Cities: Orders typically take 5-7 working days to be delivered.

Outer Regions: Orders to outer regions may take 7-15 working days for delivery.

 

2. Shipping Charges

 

Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer free COD for all orders, with no additional charges.

Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

 

3. Order Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

4. Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship only within India. For international orders, please contact our customer support team to inquire about availability.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

You can track your order on the courier company’s website or directly through the tracking link provided.

 

6. Shipping Delays

 

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, there may be unforeseen delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In case of significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery date.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure that all shipping details (address, phone number, etc.) are accurate and up-to-date at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you need to update your shipping information after placing the order, please contact our customer support team immediately.

 

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

 

In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or inability to contact the recipient, the order will be returned to us. You may be required to pay for reshipping charges if the order needs to be resent.

 

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

 

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your jewelry, lost or damaged items during the shipping process are unfortunately beyond our control.

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately with images of the damaged item or packaging. We will investigate and assist you in resolving the situation. However, we ask for your understanding that once the shipment is in the courier’s hands, any delays or damages fall outside our responsibility.

We recommend being patient during the waiting period and following up with tracking details, as shipping delays or damages can sometimes happen during transit, especially if an item was waiting in transit for longer than expected. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to find a solution.
