Refunds & Cancellation
At Jewells Well, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Please review our updated cancellation and refund policy:
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
• If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.
• Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be processed, as the order may have already been dispatched or processed for delivery.
2. Order Cancellation by Jewells Well
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
• We are unable to confirm the order via WhatsApp within 24 hours.
• The product is out of stock or unavailable.
• There are issues with payment verification.
• We detect any fraudulent activity.
• In case of cancellation by us, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp, and a full refund will be processed.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
• If your order is canceled either by you or by Jewells Well, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds for payments made through Cash on Delivery (COD) will be processed via bank transfer or other applicable methods.
• Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
4. Returns and Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products
• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with images of the defective product and your order details.
• Upon successful verification, we will offer a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
5. Returns for Change of Mind
• If you change your mind about your purchase, you may initiate a return by contacting our customer support team.
• Refunds for change of mind will be processed after we receive the returned item and verify that it is the correct item in its original condition.
• Please note that return shipping charges for change of mind will be borne by the customer.
6. Refund Processing Time
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the return is confirmed and the item is verified.
• Refunds for payments made via COD will be processed via bank transfer, and the customer will be responsible for providing accurate bank account details for the transfer.
7. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• If the return is initiated due to a defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
