At Jewells Well, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Please review our updated cancellation and refund policy:

 

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be processed, as the order may have already been dispatched or processed for delivery.

2. Order Cancellation by Jewells Well

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

We are unable to confirm the order via WhatsApp within 24 hours.

The product is out of stock or unavailable.

There are issues with payment verification.

We detect any fraudulent activity.

In case of cancellation by us, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp, and a full refund will be processed.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled either by you or by Jewells Well, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds for payments made through Cash on Delivery (COD) will be processed via bank transfer or other applicable methods.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

4. Returns and Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with images of the defective product and your order details.

Upon successful verification, we will offer a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

5. Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may initiate a return by contacting our customer support team.

Refunds for change of mind will be processed after we receive the returned item and verify that it is the correct item in its original condition.

Please note that return shipping charges for change of mind will be borne by the customer.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the return is confirmed and the item is verified.

Refunds for payments made via COD will be processed via bank transfer, and the customer will be responsible for providing accurate bank account details for the transfer.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If the return is initiated due to a defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
